In the past 48 hours, Bored Ape Yacht Club member, Dfarmer.eth has been on a shopping spree for new Bored Apes culminating in the purchase of a solid gold fur ape for 25.5 Eth or $61,000.

@wearapesthetics crew,” Dfarmer Tweeted. “The most bling of all golden apes : gold fur on yellow clothes on orange background and red glasses. All of the Gold hues. APESTHETICS through.”
Bored Ape #3928 named “Honey” by Dfarmer is a six trait gold fur ape with heart sunglasses and a guayabera shirt. Based on these traits, Honey is the 265th rarest bored ape, according to Rarity Tools.
Dfarmer went on this shopping spree because he is starting is own brand, “Apesthetics Streetwear.” Dfarmer told the Bored Ape Gazette that he plans to use all the apes he bought in the project.
“Yes the apes are going to be used on our merch, but that’s definitely not all of it,” DFarmer said.
Dfarmer told the gazette that he cannot go into much detail about his clothing line or his upcoming plans but promised it’ll be big and boring.
“A lot of stuff is still under NDA so I cannot go into too much detail for another few days,” Dfarmer said. “But our first series of merch drops is gonna be called “tribes” and it’s going to build some strong imagery around the BAYC attribute derived tribes.”
In the last 48 hours, Dfarmer said he purchased 10 new Bored Apes all based on their style. “No rarity sniping per se, just looking for dope looking apes that would fit the brand.”
