Applied Primate's First Major Battle For ApeKind Begins Tomorrow. Here's What You Need To Know
The first major battle for the future of ape kind is set to take place tomorrow afternoon and there’s still time for you to get involved and chose your side.
“The first battle of the Mega Mutant Melee is tomorrow at 12PM ET,” Applied Primate tweeted this evening. “Pre-Battle Voting is underway, but we're so curious now... Which Mega do you want to send into battle? Comment your top pick.”
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, a battle is taking place at Applied Primate and holders need to decide whether they’re with Applied Primate or align with the Simian Path.
“AppliedPrimate is Mega Radioactive's side, cautious about the potential harmful effects of Mega Serum,” Applied Primate Engineering founder PTM previously told the Gazette. “And the Simian Path is the cult where Mega Gold and many others worship Mega mutation and its incredible potential to help apes transcend.”
The Bored Ape Gazette reached out to the project this evening and confirmed that Apes who are interested in taking part of the Applied Primate storyline can still join the project and participate in tomrrow’s battle.
"Yep! They can still participate whenever they buy an allegiance pass, they just need to pop into our discord and follow the instructions to select an allegiance for the battle," Applied Primate said.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Users that participate in the Mega Mutant Melee will then be eligible for Applied Primate’s Mega Force Mint on April 5th.
This Mega Force mint marks the beginning of a new chapter for the project, according to its Founder PTM.
“This is the culmination of a narrative arc that started in April 2022, but it’s the beginning of something much bigger for Applied Primate and Fragment as a company,” PTM previously told the Gazette. “Finally, we can begin to introduce Megabots and the narrative and gaming universe that we’re building around them."
