As the entire crypto market watches the fallout of the FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried debacle, Bored Ape Yacht Club Co-Founder Garga told the community that Yuga Labs does not have any funds on FTX.
“btw, got some random concerned dms about the FTX/ Alameda situation asking if we’re affected,” Garga wrote in the club Discord. “ Just fyi Yuga has never used FTX.com/ doesn’t have anything there/ never has. No money stuck anywhere or anything else like that. FTX was a small investor as part of our seed round, but obviously we got that check a long time ago. Doesn’t affect our operations.”
