Bored Ape Yacht Club Members Are Gearing Up After The ApeCoin DAO Announced Its Partnership With The F1 Racing Team Alpine

Bored Ape Yacht Club members are suiting up for a fast and furious Friday after $Ape became the new face of a Formula 1 racing team!

$Apes and Apes were revving their engines today following ApeCoin's official announcement that the DAO has entered a multi-year partnership with the F1 racing team BWT Alpine!

Following the announcement, Alpine briefly changed its Twitter account’s Profile photo to Metaverse Working Group Steward Dim.Eth’s Bored Ape sporting an F1 racing suit.

“Very happy about the announcement,” Dim told the Gazette. “We’ve been working behind the scene on cool stuff for the season! It’s just the beginning.”

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, now that $Ape is an official partner of Alpine, the community can look forward to several initiatives. These include integrating the coin into the F1 racing team's Web3 strategy, Alpine producing ApeCoin-inspired merchandise and digital assets, launching a new loyalty program, hosting metaverse activations, and offering limited-edition Alpine X $Ape NFTs on ApeChain, among other things, according to the approved proposal.

 

As $Apes wait to see what ApeCoin and Alpine do next, Bored Ape Yacht Club members can now get their primates suited up in Alpine racing gear!
