This Bored Ape Yacht Club member is feeling golden after they struck gold on Blur, picking up two insane gold fur primates!

On Saturday, BAYC member BoredChilla purchased Mutant Ape #11089 ad Mutant Ape #14179 for 32.69 Eth or $61,000 USD!

“Did a thing today,” BoredChilla tweeted. “During a recession, GOLD is a safe haven asset class @BoredApeYC.”

After BoredChilla’s golden pickups, fellow gold fur Mutant Ape, Apebayc took to Twitter to congratulate him. “Welcome to the gold fam,” Apebayc wrote.

As BoredChilla buys golden Apes in the face of economic uncertainty, it is clear that he’s bullish on Yuga Labs and the BAYC, based on his wallet activity.

In total, BoredChilla owns three Mutant Apes, two Bored Apes, 21 Kodas, 141 Otherdeeds among other Yuga Labs NFTs.
