Grammy Winning Producer, Timbaland, Joined The BAYC

Grammy winning producer and songwriter Timbaland has aped into the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

Timbaland, whose real name is Timothy Zachery Mosley, purchased Bored Ape #590 in what appears to be a private deal, based on the apes transaction data.

After purchasing the ape, the producer changed his profile photo and tweeted a vague message about joining the BAYC. “What a night,” Timbaland tweeted.

Bored Ape #590 is the only NFT that Timbaland owns and it appears that he just recently set up his wallet, according to Opensea.

After the purchase, many bored apes took to twitter to welcome Timbaland into the club. “We hip hop apes always had the alpha,” BAYC member goodmonth.eth tweeted. “Now we got the slaps.”

Timbaland is just the latest entertainer to join the BAYC, as the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Lil Baby, Mike Shinoda, The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, among others have all joined the BAYC.
