HOMECOMING: Yuga Labs' Otherside Apes Come Home Event Is Tomorrow. Here's What You Need To Know:

Things will be anything but boring around the Yugaverse tomorrow as ‘Apes Come Home’ to Otherside and explore Bored Ape Island and the Clubhouse as their primates, alongside their Voyager frens!

On Thursday, February 29th, Yuga Labs will be hosting three free roam Otherside ‘Apes Come Home’ events and Bored Apes, Mutant Apes, Otherdeed Holders, Kodas, and G-Tags holders are all invited to venture into the metaversal marsh of the swamp!

“Come hang on BAYC island,” Yuga Labs Co-Founder and CEO, Garga, tweeted. “A lot of unsexy work has gone into building out the platform for this mfer, and tomorrow's event is an up-close look at a work-in-progress metaverse. We want to bring thousands of you together on the island so you can share your feedback.”

During tomorrow’s Apes Come Home events, BAYC members will be able to freely explore Bored Ape Island as their primate alongside Voyagers, take selfies all over the place, and experience the communal vibes in the Otherside Discord.

“We’re trying something new,” Yuga Labs tweeted this evening. “Whether you’re a Voyager or an Ape, you can go wherever you want, whenever you want. Except the clubhouse. Only Apes and Mutants in the clubhouse. The swamp is packed with easter eggs. Explore. Hot Tip: When you’re lost, follow the lights.”

Tomorrow’s Apes Come Home events will be another step towards Yuga Labs’ plan to create a persistent metaverse and will provide an opportunity for the community to see what Yuga has been building and share their feedback.

“Like I said last week, building Otherside has been challenging, and you’ll see some of those challenges in Apes Come Home,” Yuga Labs’ Otherside General Manager Eric Reid tweeted this evening. “But challenges are also inspiring, and the entire team is stoked to get folks into BAYC Island. Can’t wait for you all to see a slice of what we’ve been working on and look forward to hearing your thoughts.”
