ImprobableIo Reminded The Community That Its Building The Interconnected Metaverse Via Its M2 Tech
Following today's ImprobableIo test event, the company's CEO reminded the Web3 community that the company, along with its partners, is building an interconnected world of metaverses with its M2 technology.
“Remember also that every metaverse made by every partner is interoperable on @MSquared_io,” ImprobableIo’s CEO Herman Narula tweeted. “Every pre-launch partner has already agreed to this contractually. Specifically, avatar interoperability but other things too!”
On the company’s website, ImprobableIo describes its m2 tech, which is being used to build the Otherside, as “a network of interoperable metaverses to create interconnected virtual worlds and experiences for users to socialize, play games, attend concerts, create and build value over time. Leveraging Improbable’s Morpheus technology, together with components of Web3, M² builds, operates, and services new virtual worlds for other businesses in its open metaverse.”
This is not the first time that Narula has talked about the interoperable metaverse that’s powered by his company’s M2 technology.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported Narula described Yuga Labs’ Otherside as a platform that’s part of the M2 network of metaverse last year.
“Otherside is not a game it’s a platform,” Narula tweeted on September 22nd, 2022. “It is powered by M squared which is a network of platforms that all work together. If you own an otherdeed then as we add more worlds to M2 you get more potential people to come visit your content. It’s all stronger together.”
At the time, along with explaining M2 to the community, Narula also answered several users questions in an impromptu Q&A. During that time he explained the Otherside’s place in the M2 ecosystem.
“M squared is a very low-level set of tools,” Narula said. “Otherside is a huge project by itself, there may be other worlds, but they are already shaping up to be incredibly different. Also, remember that having more places to use items make them more valuable! A lot of this is still early stage.”
