Kylie Jenner Says She Never DM'd Bored Ape Yacht Club Member Willy Bullish OR Tried To Buy His Ape

As the world braced for economic uncertainty late Sunday night, Kylie Jenner took to Twitter to address a 9-month-old rumor about her trying to join the Bored Ape Yacht Club.

“Just wanted to make this clear that this is FAKE,” Jenner tweeted along with a photo of an alleged DM message between her and BAYC member Willy Bullish. “I’m pretty sure this happened a long time ago but I still see people bring this up so gotta make it clear I haven’t DM’d anyone on twitter in maybe 9 years.”

Willy Bullish first joked that Jenner tried to purchase his Bored Ape on November 2, 2021 when he shared a screenshot of an alleged DM message from Jenner. “ NO WAY NO WAY NO WAY,” Willy tweeted. “ MY LIFE IS DONE! WE REALLY MADE IT.”

Later that day, Willy jokingly tweeted, “For the culture,” along with a screenshot that showed he blocked Jenner on Twitter and ended negations with her.

The Bored Ape that Willy jokingly has said that Jenner wanted to purchase form him was Bored Ape #7016.

Bored Ape #7016 is a six-trait pink fur primate with heart eyes, a gold stud earing, and a halo. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #7016 is the 3648th most rare primate, according to Rarity Tools.

The Bored Ape Gazette spoke to Willy after Jenner’s tweet last night and asked him why he thinks she commented on this now.

“My first reaction was - why now? Is she trying to fud us lower to make a move for my pink ape,” willy questioned.“I thought she would acknowledge it when it went viral. Never thought she would wait this long. She commented on the follow up retweet that she did see it early on.”

Whether or not Jenner wants Willy’s pink fur bored ape, the notable BAYC member told the Gazette that he’s willing to sell Bored Ape #7016 to her for $3 million USD.

“I always told myself if I was to let this ape go it would have to be for the most money any ape has ever gone for,” he said. “It’s the undisputed princess of the BAYC. Kylie if you’re reading this, have your people call my people. A deal can still be put in place but as you know this is no floor ape and is one of a kind piece.”

The Bored Ape Gazette tried to reach out to Jenner via Twitter but were unable to contact her for comment.
