LOOKING COMFY: BAYC Member DFarmer's Fashion Brand, Apesthetics, Is Selling Limited Edition Merch Capsules Based On The Memes By Punk6529

Bored Ape Yacht Club member DFarmer, also known as Dapper Don, is bringing style and freedom to the wardrobes of Apes and Degens with his limited edition Apesthetics merch capsules!

Since the early days of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, DFarmer has been crafting crypto-themed looks and styles for his fellow Apes, and now he’s back with a capsule collection inspired by the memes of crypto and the ethos of Web3, dubbed the 'Freedom To Survive' drop!

"I want to get the message out there, for these pieces to be conversations starters about crypto and web3 values," he told the paper.

“Freedom to Survive” is an ode to the most culturally relevant collection of the last two years: The Memes by @punk6529,” DFarmer tweeted  in a 10 part thread last week.

Find out more about the pieces in the capsule collection and DFarmer’s thoughts on the looks:

“The Pebble T design was a spur of the moment idea from yours truly, born from the absolute obsession I have for the most important genart genesis drop of the last two years. The design went viral, and the rest is history. This will also be available as an OE later on as well.”

“The capsules themselves will be the first onchain mint for @wearapesthetics, one click from your wallet. The message coming from the memes is just too important to not do this the right way, no matter the cost. Freedom to transact is the iconic rallying cry and ideology behind this whole movement. Bringing it to the streets, starting conversations and bringing awareness of thr message because of it is the reason why we started this whole thing. We are also degens though, and we wanna wear it proudly. “To ape” is our call to action.”

“And last piece is the “survive” zipup, wich has a special place in my heart. Remix from @aryaenne for an iconic @DirtyRobotWorks design for the memes collection, it has a little something written in the background. It’s something I tweeted out in the bear. Because I’ve been through it before, and I know how hard it can hit. And it helped, unexpectedly, dramatically helped so many. It was so wild to experience. This is to making it.”

Apes and Web3 enthusiasts who are interested in purchasing DFarmer’s capsule drop have until supplies last or until tomorrow at 5 P.M. EST to get theirs here:

The Bored Ape Gazette will contionue to follow DFarmer and his clothing brand, Apesthetics, and will let you know what he sows next. Stay tuned for updates!
