MIAMI VICE: The Magic City Apes Debuted Their New Logo As Part Of Sub-Community's Broader Rebrand!
The Magic City Apes now exude a Miami Vice Vibe after the Bored Ape Yacht Club’s South Florida sub-community updated its profile photo to match the aesthetics of the area as part of the group’s broader rebrand.
On Monday, The Magic City Apes, a community of South Florida BAYC members established in 2021, debuted its new MCA Miami logo, highlighting the natural beauty of the 305 while staying true to BAYC’s nautical roots!
“The design was something I put together really quickly to unify the MCA group,” BAYC member and Magic City Ape Naurcatis told the Gazette. "We noticed other subcommunities like @UKApeClub and @EliteApesHK had a collective brand identity in how they presented all the apes who are part of their sub-community, we wanted to do the same.”
With the goal of collective brand identity in mind, Naucratis combined his fellow Magic City Apes’ PFPs with the new design, and the results were definitely a vibe!
Naucratis’ Magic City Apes logo is just part of a broader MCA rebrand that the south Florida Apes are doing.
“This is just the first step in a huge internal rebranding we are doing for MCA,” he said. “Our Core group has been around since 21' but we only recently decided to update everything. From here we are also working on a new banner, and @FuegoCEO is working to put together a new MCA website to feature all of our apes and the different initiatives we are running.”
The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow the Magic City Apes and will let you know what they do next! Stay tuned for updates!
