PICK A SIDE: Applied Primate Engineering Gave The Community More Info On Its Upcoming Game
A mega battle is coming to the Yugaverse next month and the community will need to pick a side.
On Wednesday, Applied Primate Engineering Founder PTM took to Discord and informed the company’s scientists that the next A.P.E event will be a faction-based strategy game and participants will need to choose between the AppliedPrimate Lab and The Simian Path.
While we do not know much about the game or the storyline so far, PTM informed A.P.E Keycard Holders that they will be able to claim their “Allegiance Passes” for the faction-based strategy game on March 1st . “There will be 5,000 Allegiance Passes total: 2,500 for the Lab and 2,500 for the Path,” PTM wrote. “When minting an Allegiance Pass, a side must be chosen.”
Following the mint, the Applied Primate Engineering game will start on March 15th and end on April 5th. “Everyone who used their Allegiance Pass to play the game will be eligible to participate in another mint,” PTM wrote. “Megabots are coming on April 5th, 2023.”
Following today’s announcement PTM exclusively told the Gazette that this faction-based strategy is a new beginning for Applied Primate and the project’s parent company FragmentXYZ.
“This is the culmination of a narrative arc that started in April 2022, but it’s the beginning of something much bigger for AppliedPrimate and Fragment as a company,” PTM said. “Finally, we can begin to introduce Megabots and the narrative and gaming universe that we’re building around them.”
