PRIME REAL ESTATE: BAYC Member Vis.Eth Purchased Otherdeed #8 Last Night

This Otherside mogul purchased a prime piece of real estate on the Otherside's center island last night, right next door to one of the Bored Ape Yacht Club's founders.

BAYC member Vis.Eth purchased Otherdeed #8 late last night for 125 ETH or $227,000 USD.

Otherdeed #8 is a one-star Mystic environment on Biogenic Swamp sediment with Oblivion and Glowpod sediments.

The main draw of Otherdeed #8 is its prime location.

Otherdeed #8 is centrally located in the Metaverse, just outside the Bored Ape Yacht Club, and right next door to BAYC Co-Founder Sass' Otherdeed #2 property.

"I saw it for sale a few days ago, I was hoping someone else would join the center island neighbors, so I didn't buy it right away, but a few days passed and still nobody did," Vis.Eth told the Gazette. "Yes we're still in a deep bear market, hope my purchase may bring a glimmer of hope to the market, welcome everyone to Center Island Club."

As for being neighbors with Sass, Vis.eth said that he'd love to stop by his place sometime. "I will visit his house if he welcomes lol."

Ape-ing into the Otherside is nothing new for Vis.Eth. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, this Otherside mogul has spent millions on metaverse property since the Otherside was announced in April 2022.
