SPOTLIGHT: This Bored Ape Yacht Club Member Camped Out At PMQ And Left Looking Bored And Fabulous

After lining up ‘way too early’ at Police Married Quarters (PMQ) for the Bored Ape Yacht Club’s X BAPE apparel drop, BAYC member Sander purchased the first ever red and pink hoodie in the collection and then strut his stuff out of the members’ boutique!

BAYC member Sander The Ape took the motto ‘No sleep till ApeFest’ to heart last night and decided to camp out at PMQ so he could be the tenth Ape in line for today’s BAYC X BAPE drop at PMQ. “Had to ensure we'd get something in our size,” he told the Gazette.

Once inside the members’ boutique, Sander picked up the BAPE X BAYC Shoes in a size 12, which he’s already been offered $3500 USD for, and the Bathing Bored pink and red hoodie. “Picked the red/pink the moment I saw it. Red is just my thing,” he said.

After his purchase, Sander opened his new hoodie, put it on, and proudly walked out of PMQ feeling bored but looking fabulous.

“Didn’t actually realize the video was being taken right away lol,” he said. “But all good - normal feeling.”

Following the video, Sander’s fellow BAYC members took to Twitter and congratulated him on his pink pick up.

“The confidence, the nod, the sharp right turn 10/10,” BAYC member Bento tweeted.
