SUIT UP: The BoredApeNotClub Is Getting The Community Ready To Vote In Style

It's election season at the ApeCoin DAO, and the creators of the BoredApeNotClub are getting the community suited up to cast their votes in style!

After two weeks of non-stop campaigning by the various candidates running for Special Council and Working Group Steward, the ApeCoin community is heading to the polls to cast their votes in the DAO's first round of $Ape office voting!

As many $Apes have learned about the candidates over the last two weeks, BAYC member and Special Council nominee Waabam commissioned the creators of BoredApeNotClub to make some art for the election.

“@MeiravHaber and I were hired by @Waabam_eth to create some images for him to use while he's campaigning for special council and once he saw his ape in a suit, he wanted to make it available to everyone in the community,” BoredApeNotClub creator JavierLovato127 told the Gazette. “So he commissioned us to integrate into our Bored Ape Not Bot commands and we came up with a cool version that would work for mutants as well since the traits are a little more complex.”

While these suits were commissioned by Waabam, and feature a Waabam easter egg, every BAYC and MAYC member is welcome to suit up for the DAO’s second election, regardless of who they’re voting for!

Take a look at some suited-up primates below:

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the window to vote in the first round of the ApeCoin DAO’s election season opened last night and $Ape holders have until next Wednesday, June 21st, at 9 P.M. EST to cast their coins in the Special Council and Governance Working Group Steward races.

The Bored Ape Gazette is working to bring you continued coverage of this summer’s elections and will keep you posted on all things $Ape. Stay tuned for updates!
