The Bored Ape Yacht Club Is Collaborating With Rolling Stones Again! Here's What You Need To Know:
As Ape Fest 2022 kicks off, the Bored Ape Yacht Club announced its second collab with Rolling Stones magazine.
“Gm apes - we’re stoked for the first night of ApeFest. To kick things off, we’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with @RollingStone again for two 1/1 NFTs (one BAYC and one MAYC), the BAYC tweeted Monday afternoon. “The collab NFTs will go live for auction at 6/22 at 9am ET, and will be accompanied by a 4-hour sale for collectible art prints of each design. Sales will be in ApeCoin-only for the equivalent of $100, and open to the public. Links posted here when live.”

This is the second time that the BAYC and Rolling Stones magazine has collaborated on a physical art print and 1/1 BAYC and MAYC NFTs.
While we do not know much about the collectible prints or 1/1 NFTs yet, we can assume that they will be popular with the BAYC and larger NFT community.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the BAYC announced the first Rolling Stones limited edition physical zine cover prints and 1/1 BAYC and MAYC X Rolling Stones NFTs during last year’s Ape Fest on November 1st, 2021.

In total, the Rolling Stones with the BAYC quickly sold out 2500 copies of the physical zine’s featuring the BAYC’s mascot Curtis.

Today, these physical copies resell on Ebay for $400-$2000 based on condition and grading.

Like the physical prints, the BAYC and MAYC 1/1 NFTs were also popular with the NFT community. Each of this rare NFTs were purchased by notable BAYC collectors for a lot of Eth.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the BAYC and the Rolling Stones came together to create 1/1 magazine covers for BAYC and MAYC. The covers were then auctioned off on Rarible. The BAYC cover featured Curtis smoking a cigar in front of a ton of twirling bananas and the MAYC cover featured a dripping Mutant Curtis in front of wild party.
