The Bored Ape Yacht Club Will Be Hosting An Event That's Open To The Public During Ape Fest 2023!

The Bored Ape Yacht Club is going to be bananas during Ape Fest 2023 as the secretive club opens its doors to the broader web3 community for a one-day experience that’ll be anything but boring.

As BAYC members get together in Hong Kong to celebrate the third annual Ape Fest from November 3rd to 5th, the BAYC announced that it will be hosting its first ever ‘Yacht Club Open House,’ an interactive experience that lets anyone ape into the swamp for a day to find out what it means to be a Bored Ape!

“For the first time, Bored Ape Yacht Club will be open to visitors for an interactive experience for creators, collectors, and the crypto-curious at the “Yacht Club Open House,” on November 5th, 2023 in Hong Kong, the club tweeted this afternoon.

During the event, the BAYC will take visitors on a boring journey through the swamp and give them the chance to meet Yuga Labs’ leadership team, hear from BAYC community members, and discuss blockchain fashion, gaming, and IP!

The BAYC’s Yacht Club Open House event is happening on November 5th from 2-7 P.M. at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Kowloon City Hong Kong.

Note, the BAYC’s Yacht Club Open House event is separate from the BAYC’s Ape Fest event and will be taking place during other planned Ape Fest activities, according to Yuga Labs’ Social Lead Ngbshpend.

Further, BAYC members do not need to go to the Yacht Club Open House event to check out the club's bored venue.

BAYC members will have already gotten the chance to experience the Yacht Club Open House's swamp themed setting the night before during an Ape Fest event, according to BAYC Co-Founder, Garga.

Apes who are interested in attending the BAYC’s Yacht Club Open House over other Ape Fest Festivities can purchase a ticket on next Monday, September 18th at 9 A.M. EST.
