The DooKey Dash Ends Tomorrow At 6 P.M. EST. Here's What Happens Next:

After 20 days of DooKey Dashing, the sewers below the swamp will close tomorrow and Sewer Pass holders scores will be recorded for the summoning event.

As the Bored Ape Yacht Club gets ready to close the sewers under the club at 6 P.M. EST tomorrow, the BAYC took to Twitter on Tuesday to give DooKey dashers a heads up on what happens next!

“The final leaderboard standings and winner of The Key will be announced on Feb 10th after our final round of audits,” the BAYC tweeted. “Sewer Passes will also receive a metadata update to reveal final rank and score on the passes themselves.”

Further, the BAYC told the DooKey Dashers that the club will be auditing scores and that cheaters will be ineligible for the summoning on February 15th.

“Dookey Dash scores are monitored and reviewed regularly to ensure all runs are legitimate,” the club wrote. “Scores flagged as suspicious in the audit are at risk of being wiped, the associated Sewer Passes will not place on the final leaderboard, and they will be ineligible for the Summoning.”

At the time of this article’s publication, the current DooKey Dash high score is a 928,522-point run by professional video game streamer and Fortnite star Mongraal.

If Mongraal’s high score holds, he will be the winner of the coveted key that is currently lodged inside Jimmy the Monkey’s butthole.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the Doo-Key Dash is a skill-based mint. This means that Sewer Pass holders scores are directly related to what they get during the summoning event.
