The Second Trip To The Otherside Will Begin At 12 P.M. EST On March 25th.

Yuga Labs took to Twitter on Wednesday and announced what time Voyagers will be breaking on through to the Otherside this weekend!

“See you there. March 25th, 2023. 12:00 PM EDT / 4:00 PM UTC #Otherside2ndTrip,” Yuga Labs tweeted from its Othersidemeta Twitter account this afternoon along with a new thirty second teaser trailer.

Yuga Labs’ new Otherside trailer, began with a Voyager robot falling down a vortex, like Voyagers did during the first trip, and breaking on through to the company’s highly anticpated metaverse.

The trailer continued and gave viewers a closer look at Otherside and the creatures that live there.

The trailer then showed various types of Voyager Robots that users may get to play as or meet during this weekend’s second trip.

The trailer ended with a landscape shot and a meteor crashing into the Otherside followed by a black screen.

While we still do not know much about what will happen on the Otherside during the second trip this weekend, we do know it will be a “huge step” for Yuga Labs.

“There will be new environments, new mechanics, and an even higher concurrency of users than what we all experienced in First Trip,” Yuga Labs wrote in a press release on December 22nd, 2022. “Second Trip will be a huge step for Otherside and will be more gamified and high energy. The introduction of these new spaces and mechanics will make for a far richer experience and enable the space to open much more frequently. Customizable avatars will not be ready yet for Second Trip, but there’s a fun solution for those who want to enter with an NFT. Stay tuned for details on that. Also, there might be flying. Just because.”

Yuga Labs’ Chief Gaming Officer Spencer Tucker reiterated the significance of the 2nd trip earlier this week and told the community that they will not want to miss it!

“It’s definitely not to miss, it’s going to be amazing, team has worked super hard to make it EPIC,” Tucker tweeted.
