These Two Bored Apes Were Selected To Be Made Into Action Figures. All The Details Here:

After weeks of voting and competition BoredJobs and PureArts Limited announced the two Bored Apes that will be turned into action figures.

After 200 Bored Apes applied to be a part of the action figure contest , the community narrowed down the choices to 8 Apes and then PureArts Limited chose BoredSpaceApe AKA Bored Ape #1356 and FriesFrame AKA Bored Ape #778 as the winners!

After the announcement, the Bored Ape Gazette reached out to BoredSpaceApe and FriesFrame for a reaction to their big wins. Check out what these two longtime BAYC members said below:

BoredSpaceApe: “I am beyond excited. I always talk about how the opportunity to utilize IP was what sold me on apes in the first place. For a year I have explored different options and been really close on some big deals. But it's so early in the space still; it has been tough to find the right fit. I even turned down a six figure toy deal earlier this year because we could not agree on the terms and I see apes as setting precedents for the space. So to have continued on this journey and now with the arrival & help of @boredjob, getting selected to be one of the first PureArts collectible figurines is everything I have worked for - my literal dreams coming true. Not only is it a great time for apes, but it's also a great time for Space! NASA is about to launch a rocket to return to the moon. Elon is trying to take us to Mars. I hope that the broad appeal & relevance of Space coupled with the strength of BAYC will result in Bored Space Ape being a good representative for web3 in the real world.”
