These Bored Ape Yacht Club members had laser focus as they made a trade that included a laser eyed bored ape last night.

BAYC members Jpgpapii and hypnotizedape made a “power trade” last night that included a laser eyed primate.

“BAYC POWER TRADE,” Jpgpapii tweeted yesterday evening. “One of the biggest trades I’ve ever done, and it was done as a trust trade with my bro @hypnotizedApe … stand up guy, one of the best collections in the entire world.”

In the trade Jpgpapii received Bored Ape #2067 and bored ape #5117. Bored Ape #2067 is a six-trait brown fur primate with a bored dagger mouth, a toga and a beanie and Bored Ape #5117 is a six-trait noise fur primate with a leather jacket and army hat.

As Jpgpapi received two bored apes in the trade, hypnotizedApe had laser focus on Bored Ape #2361. Bored Ape #2361 is a six-trait dark brown fur primate with laser eyes, a sushi chef headband and a sleeveless logo tee. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #2361 is the 921st most rare ape, according to Rarity tools.

Following the trade, the Bored Ape Gazette reached out to Jpgpapii and got his thoughts on the club going forward.

“I’m really excited about the future of BAYC and the entire Yuga ecosystem," Jpgpapii said.”Just when things get quiet, Yuga seems to always pull the next move and surprise everyone with their delivery. They haven’t let us down yet and I don’t believe they will anytime soon. Even though they’ve done a lot I’m still convicted for what is to come because I see the work they’re putting into the OS and preparing to bring us all into the next layer of what web3 has to offer.”
