This Bored Ape Yacht Club accepted a massive WEth offer for their Otherdeed earlier today.

BAYC member Urgent Ape received an offer for 135 Eth for his Otherdeed yesterday afternoon. “What are the chances I accept this offer tho”, Urgent ape tweeted along with a screenshot of a 135 Eth offer for his plot of land.

After some consideration, Urgent Ape accepted the offer and sold Otherdeed #2118 for 135 Eth or $156,000 USD.

Otherdeed #2118 is a one-star Glacia environment with Biogenic Swamp sediment and no resources.

While Otherdeed #2118 does not have any resources, Otherdeed #2118 does have a Yellow Obelisk artifact on the property! These Obelisk artifacts are extremely rare, according to Opensea data. In total, there are only five yellow Obelisks on the Otherside.

Further, Otherdeed #2118 is also home to Koda #2809. Koda #2809 is a woodland core koda with a twisty horn head and winged eyes, according to Opensea data.

After the sale, Urgent ape told the Bored Ape Gazette that they are planning on buying more Otherdeeds. “Gonna accumulate other rare but not as rare lands in quantity and wait for things to develop into great things,” Urgent Ape told the gazette. “Trust yuga labs.”
