WHAT'S IN THE BOX: The Bored Ape Yacht Club Teased A Box& The Trial Of Jimmy The Monkey

The Bored Ape Yacht Club announced that it would be kicking off the most wonderful time of the year with the Trail of Jimmy the Monkey.

Christmas 2022 is shaping up to be one for the ages after the BAYC teased the highly anticipated Trial of Jimmy the Monkey on Thanksgiving Day.

“Happy Thanksgiving, Apes,” the BAYC tweeted along with a photo of animated ape hands holding a mysterious box. “The Trial begins this Christmas.”

The mysterious box has Apes armed with swords on horseback fighting a dinosaur with their four-legged best friends by their side.

The box also has six mysterious jewels on it.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the club first teased the trial of Jimmy the Monkey on September 22nd, 2021. The Trial of Jimmy the Monkey is the third item on the Club’s original Roadmap 2.0 and it is followed by something known as "MD vs. MMI."

Following the BAYC’s post, Bored Apes took to Twitter and began to theorize on the Trial of Jimmy the Monkey.

As Bored Apes shared their theories and attempted decipher the mysterious box, BAYC Co-Founder Emperor Tomato Ketchup, took to Twitter and said that there is no way the club will figure this one out!

“You all are good at guessing but I can guarantee you ain’t guessing this shit," he wrote.
