Yuga Labs' Michael Figge Said That Gucci Vault Material Can Be Redeemed For A Wallet Or Duffel Bag

After a lot of speculation and rumors about the 10KTF Gucci Vault Material, we now know that Wagmi-San and the luxury fashion house will take the ‘magical ethereal material’ and transform it into either a co-branded Wallet or duffel bag.

On Thursday, Yuga Labs’ Chief Creative Officer, Michael Figge attended Christie’s Art Tech Summit and revealed that the Gucci Vault Material NFTs will be transformed into a physical Gucci item!

“If you have a Gucci Vault Material you are basically going to be able to redeem it for a G interlocking Gucci wallet that’s co-branded with 10KTF,” he said in a video shared by the DAM Show's Mebynetta. “ Or a few weeks ago, this premiered at Wimbledon Jannkik Sinner Walked onto the court with a Gucci Duffel bag, so these are co-branded 10KTF items. They’re not for sale. You can only get it by doing this experience or by buying the material on the secondary market. We think that’s the kind of approach that helps you emotionally connect.”

Following Figge’s comments at the summit, 10KTF’s Hideaki took to the 10 KTF community Discord and sent a message to Gucci Material holders!

“GucciGrails, come in. Do you copy,” he wrote. “Let's kick in the Gucci Vault Material into gear. GucciGrails report to registration by Tuesday, July 25, 2023 7:00 PM. Over and out."

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, 2,896 Gucci Vault Materials were crafted and given to Gucci Grail holders as a 10KTF Battle Town mission reward last year.

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow 10KTF and will let you know when Gucci Vault Material holders can get their wallets or duffels. Stay tuned for updates!
