This anonymous metaverse mogul has a penchant for paperback after purchasing another high end Otherdeed that’s home to one of the Otherside’s rarest artifacts, a Relic Book Page.
Earlier this week, Wallet 0x9a1cd0bf86faee7c1c23560c47f8fb71b947384a purchased Otherdeed #59243 for 16 ETH, or about $70,200 USD, according to OpenSea.
Otherdeed #59243 is a five-star Ruins environment piece of land atop Infinite Expanse sediment with Spikeweed and Luster resources. While it’s a nice deed for sure, the real selling point isn’t the plot but the Relic Book Page artifact that’s on it. This mystical item is just one of five on the Otherside!
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, since June 2025, Wallet 0x9a1cd has been quietly accumulating land on the Otherside and has built one of the best real estate portfolios around the swamp!
In total, they own 31 Otherdeeds, including four Chaos lands, three plots on the metaverse’s Center Island, and an assortment of rare artifacts and resources, like today’s pickup. The wallet also owns Mega Koda #9939, according to OpenSea data.
While we do not know who owns Wallet 0x9a1cd, we do know they have 775.4 ETH, or about $3.4 million USD, at their disposal in this wallet, according to Etherscan. So their shopping spree may continue!
