There’s an Otherside run on 1-of-1 artifacts around the swamp this evening after an anonymous metaverse mogul purchased an Otherdeed that’s home to a rare item and then made a six figure offer on another!
On Thursday, Wallet 0xd35c6804e74a98e20ca675b20c03fa6e2d5344f7 purchased Otherdeed #67722 for 200 ETH or $767,100 USD, a more than 1,100x premium compared to the collection’s floor price.

Why such a premium, you may be asking? At first glance, Otherdeed #67722 may look like a standard plot of land but it's actually one of the rarest deeds in the metaverse because it’s home to a 1-of-1 Archway Keystone artifact.

At this time, we do not know what this artifact does. But we do know that there are only nine 1-of-1 artifacts across the Otherside and Wallet 0xd35 seems intent on cornering the market!
Following their purchase, Wallet 0xd35 made another massive move, placing a 250 ETH or about $950,000 USD offer on Otherdeed #58111, which is home to the 1-of-1 Celestial Egg artifact.

Owning a 1-of-1 artifact in Otherside may be one of the rarest things a collector can do, not just around the swamp but in the entire Web3 world. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, seven of the nine items are currently owned by legendary collector N0b0dy.eth.
While we wait to see if Wallet 0xd35’s offer is accepted, one thing is clear, they’re bullish on Otherside. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Wallet 0xd35 purchased Otherdeed #7, located right on the metaverse’s Center Island right next to the BAYC Clubhouse, for 100 ETH or about $278,000 USD on July 9th.

We also know that Wallet 0xd35 currently holds over $4.5 million USD of Ethereum, according to Etherscan. So their shopping spree may be just getting started!
