ALL THE WAY UP: BAYC Member French Montana Headlined ApeFest Last Night! Check Out His Performance and His Bored Ape!

Like ApeChain today, ApeFest "was all the way up" last night during Bored Ape Yacht Club member and rapper French Montana’s performance at the LX Factory in Lisbon, Portugal.

On Saturday, over a thousand Apes in real life were "ain’t worried about nothin" after Yuga Labs announced that ApeChain was live, and fellow BAYC member French Montana was taking the stage at ApeFest as this year’s headliner!

 

 “You know I got my first Bored Ape about two years ago,” French Montana told a cheering ApeFest crowd. “I’m a proud owner of Bored Ape. So you know im part of the mother fucking family too. Let’s show them how we do it.”

 

 

French Montana performed all his hits, from Lockjaw and Pop That to Schemin and Shot Caller, as Apes went bananas and vibed.

“Who else other than @BoredApeYC can get all crazy Apes together in Lisbon with @FrencHMonTanA and go nuts,” BAYC member Maloha tweeted. “Yeah NFTs are dead my friend! You gotta love this club.”

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, French Montana joined the BAYC on May 11, 2022. “I finally aped in with the happy one,” he tweeted at the time, along with a photo of his Bored Ape, Bored Ape #5489.

 

Since then, French Montana has sold Bored Ape #5489 but still holds Bored Ape #5628. He also owns other Yuga Labs and expanded Yugaverse NFTs, including Bored Ape Kennel Club Dog #970 and an HV-MTL, according to OpenSea data.
