BATHING BORED: The Bored Ape Yacht Club Is Collaborating With A Bathing Ape! Here's What We Know:

Things were anything but boring around the swamp this morning after the Yuga Labs announced that the Bored Ape Yacht Club was collaborating with popular streetwear brand, A Bathing Ape.

Thirty years after BAPE founders Nigo and SK8THING came up with the company after binge watching the 1968 film, Planet of the Apes, and two and a half years after BAYC members first pitched the idea of a Bathing Bored collab, the two brands have come together because ‘Apes together Strong!'

“Been a fan since way back,” the BAYC casually tweeted along with a first-person view animation of Curtis rummaging through his closet and finding a Bathing Ape X Bored Ape tee between his favorite Hawaiian shirts!

At the time of this article’s publication, we do not know what kind of items will be available in the BAYC X BAPE collab or when the line will be released.

While we do not have any details on the collab, we do know that BAPE is excited for the collaboration because they took to their social media pages this morning and shared the news with their followers!
