Things were anything but boring last night as arguably one of the “best Bored Apes in the collection” changed hands between legends!

On Tuesday, NFT trader Cirrus sold Bored Ape #9361 to longtime club member Bavi for 32.55 ETH, or roughly $99,000 USD.

 

Just did a thing and obtained one of the best apes in the  @BoredApeYCCollection,” Bavi tweeted. “Welcome home Holy Grail”

 

 

Bored Ape #9361 is a five trait trippy fur primate with a cyborg eye, a bored unshaven bubblegum blowing mouth, and a silver stud earring. Based on these traits, this primate is the 163rd rarest ape, according to Magic Eden.

 

Yesterday’s trippy transaction happened in less than 18 hours, which is something to think about considering how often we hear that NFTs are “dead” across Web3.
