Brooklyn Nets Player and Bored Ape Yacht Club Member Ben Simmons Aped Into a top tier Otherdeed with a Koda last night after days of negotiations!
Simmons purchased Otherdeed #19191 from BAYC member Mills300k for 50 Eth and a signed jersey from the NBA player.
Otherdeed #19191 is a five-star Botanical environment on chemical goo sediment with stonecrop and sporicite resources. Otherdeed #19191 is also home to Koda #459.
Koda #459 is a woodland wanderer core with temple rot armour and a sturdy helm head.
Mills and Simmons were able to make a deal after the NBA player reached out to Mills to negotiate.
“I laughed honestly because I knew what it was for,” Mills told the Bored Ape Gazette. “I was more surprised at the fact that he really wanted the NFT. Goes to show many people are paying attention to this space. he’s made good offers before but I’d never accept. I would counter offer higher everytime haha & thats when he reached out & we were able to make a deal.”
In the end Simmons and Mills struck a deal for 50 Eth and a signed jersey.
“We negotiated for a few days, I then gave him my final price & patience worked out,” Mills said. “The deal also comes with a Jersey signed by him. I am grateful, ETH talks at the end of the day.”
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Simmons joined the BAYC on January 29th when he purchased Bored Ape #5164 for 100 Eth or $181,000 USD.
