BORED BALL: This Big3 Basketball Team Is Repping A Bored Ape Patch On their Jerseys!

This summer will be bored and ballin as this Big3 basketball team reps a Bored Ape on their jerseys!

On Sunday, the 2023 season of Big3, a 12-team league that features three-player lineups and five-player rosters, tipped off and an astute Bored Ape Yacht club member spotted a familiar J-Peg patch on one of the team's jerseys!

“Nice Jersey patch @thebig3,” BAYC member and Yuga Labs’ Social Lead Ngbshpend.Eth tweeted.

The team wearing the Bored Ape patch on their jerseys is called Enemies, and the Bored Ape featured on the patch is Bored Ape #3707, which is owned by Opensea user NFF_ETH_Vault.

Bored Ape #3707 is a six-trait golden brown fur primate with a black holes tee, a silver hoop earring and an eyepatch. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #3707 is the 6407th most bored primate, according to Rarity Tools.

The Bored Ape Gazette reached out to NFF_ETH for comment on the patch but did not immediately hear back.

Unfortunately, the Enemies lost today to the Big3’s reigning champion, Trilogy, with a final score of 52 to 46.
