CARDBOARD CLOSE UP: Pudgy Penguins St. McFly Can't Wait To Collect His New Lil Pudgy Card In Vibes TCG's Birb& Pengu Set!

Pudgy Penguins holder St. McFly is ready for another cardboard close up as his second Lil Pudgy makes its debut in Vibes TCG's new Birb & Pengu set!

From the blockchain to the card shop, St. McFly's Lil Pudgy, Lil Pudgy #11734, is among the nearly 200 Moonbirds, Pudgy Penguins, and other familiar frens from across the NFT space set to hit store shelves around the world tomorrow.

“I got a very cool card for my penguin,” McFly told the Gazette. “It's a common rarity card too, so I know lots of people will collect it. It's called Lil Balanced and the art is by Chlorophilly. It's a half skeleton/half penguin beautiful piece and I cannot wait to get it in person. Vibes is a great TCG.”

 

 

For McFly, getting the chance to have another one of his IPs featured in a Vibes TCG set is a dream come true because he is a collector at heart.

“I would consider myself a top physical Pudgy Penguins collector,” he said. “That’s what a lot of the community know me for and I have a lot of fun with it.”

 

 

In fact, during Vibes TCG's Legends of the Lils set, which featured his profile picture, Lil Pudgy #9643, McFly tracked down all four versions of his card, the base, foil, arctic foil, and ultra rare sketch variant, and had each one graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA. Now, with a second card entering circulation, he's hoping to do that again!

 

“When I say I'm a collector at heart, I mean it,” he joked. “Overall, this is going to be a really cool set with Birb and Pengu and I'm definitely going to be on the hunt and I hope if anyone pulls that sketch to reach out  to me! I hope everyone goes out and buys some boxes, rips some packs, learns the game, and starts a collection. I see Vibes becoming a top brand in the making. It's been really fun to be a part of it and I appreciate the opportunity.”
