Check Out The User Interface For The ApeCoin DAO's Staking System

In a new hour-long video, Horizen Labs gave the ApeCoin community a walk through on how its staking system’s User Interface will work.

As the ApeCoin DAO gets ready to stake their $Ape this December, Horizen Labs released a new walk thru video over the weekend.

In the last segment of the video, starting at or around the 40-minute mark on YouTube, Horizen Labs’ Christian Bonacore did a deep dive into how the system will work from a user’s perspective.

During this section, Bonacore explained the backend technicals that are taking place as $Ape holders deposit, claim rewards, and withdraw their $Ape on the ApeStake.Io site.

To begin, Bonacore went over the approvals that $Ape holders will have to accept before they can interact with the staking system.

“It is sort of a requirement for the user to approve the pre-staking contract before they can have any interactions with the smart contract,” Bonacore said.

Once $Ape holders have approved the contract, they are able to access the website. From there, users can toggle through the four different staking pools listed on the top and see the deposit, claim rewards, and withdraw buttons on the bottom of the page.

From there, users will be able to toggle through their available pools and deposit their $Ape as they see fit.
