It’s going to be a full-throttle fall in New Tokyo this year after city officials announced that the city’s streets will be transformed into racetracks—and that they need the Graileds’ help in naming the circuits!
It was a fast and furious 10KTF Thursday this evening after the community got ‘FKT’ with an update on the project’s upcoming race!
“Working closely with the districts of New Tokyo, the Federation of Kagami Transport is pleased to reveal this season’s circuit,” 10KTF tweeted this evening. “Please make your way to our public hearing as we carry out the FKT circuit procedures. In accordance with FKT safety regulations, all entrants and spectators are required to have sufficient time to become familiar with and study the season circuit configurations.”
Following 10KTF’s Twitter posts, Shopkeeper Hideaki called to order a public hearing in the community Discord, sharing the hearing’s agenda, which included asking the citizens of New Tokyo to vote for three names for the three racetracks.
“Today's hearing is to discuss the naming of racing courses across the Streets of New Tokyo, Hideaki wrote. “This is an opportunity for us to gather information, listen to the views and concerns of the community, and ensure that all voices are heard before any decisions are made.”
Community members have until roughly 7 P.M. EST tomorrow night to cast their votes on the three racetrack names. Take a look at the choices below:
The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow the naming of the three circuits and will let you know when more information about Yuga Labs’ 10KTF racing game or event is announced. Stay tuned for updates!
