GAME ON: Unboxing Web3's ApeChain May Madness Finals Tip Off On Other Page And Everyone Can Now Claim A Badge When They Vote For Geez Or Zards!

Don’t you love it when art imitates real life? Just like the NCAA’s March Madness often stretches into April, Unboxing Web3’s May Madness ApeChain NFT tournament is spilling into June, after changing venues from X to Other Page to keep the bots out of the Zards versus Geez On Ape finals!

After a brief delay earlier this week thanks to bot interference, it’s tip off time again in the ApeChain ecosystem, this time on Other Page, as top seeded Geez On Ape faces off against the Zards, who pulled off a magical upset over the Not A Punks Cult last week to make it to the finals!

 

“The Finals are LIVE,” Unboxing Web3 tweeted. “You’ve got 36 hours to vote—no bots allowed this time. Voting is now determined by claiming one of the two badges in Unboxing Web3 Community on http://other.page! Badge with most claims by Sunday June 1st 11:59p PT takes the crown! After the May Madness Finals officially went live on Other Page, Unboxing Web3’s Guccheetah took to the timeline and thanked the platform for getting the final round on chain so quickly.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Unboxing Web3’s May Madness tournament follows a similar bracket style format to the NCAA’s March Madness. But instead of buzzer beaters and slam dunks, it’s vibes and community votes that determine which projects advance!

 

At the time of this article’s publication, Geez On Ape holds a slight lead over the Zards with 37 votes to 29.
