A good morning turned into a "gold" morning around the Bored Ape Yacht Club today after notable collector and metaverse mogul Vis.Eth made waves around the swamp by adding a second gold-fur Bored Ape to his high-end collection!

On Friday, Vis.Eth purchased Bored Ape #7398 from BAYC member MortPoker for 130 ETH, or $324,000 USD.

 

Bored Ape #7398 is a seven trait solid gold fur primate with a flipped brim BAYC hat, a sleeveless t, and a silver hoop earring. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #7398 is the 71st rarest Ape in the collection, according to Rarity Sniper.

After the sale, Apes filled the timeline with comments like "free" and "we are so back," congratulating Vis.Eth on his high-end acquisition.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported in August 2022, Vis.Eth purchased his first gold-fur Bored Ape, Bored Ape #5383, for 777 ETH or $1,478,000 USD.

"I wanted to collect a golden monkey," Vis.Eth told the Gazette at the time. "777 ETH is a suitable price. Yuga will be the first successful socialverse."

 

Vis.Eth currently holds, 15 Apes, six mutants, a CryptoPunk, 663 Otherdeeds featuring several center island plots, 151 Kodas including, four doggos, in his three main wallets, according to Opensea data.
