HAPPY ANNIVERSARY: Mocaverse Turns Two And Looks To Make Major Moves In 2025!

The Mocaverse celebrated its two-year anniversary recently, and with the launch of Moca 3.0, this expanded $Ape ecosystem project is ready to change how users and companies interact online in 2025 and beyond!

The Mocaverse has been on the move and there’s more to come! Two years ago, Animoca Brands launched its Mocaverse membership NFT collection, which quickly made waves in the Yugaverse, casting coins at the ApeCoin DAO. Now, this collection of 8,888 Dreamers, Builders, Angels, and Connectors has evolved into a full-fledged ecosystem, featuring a token, collaborations with platforms like Magic Eden and Coinlist, and a new protocol called AIR Kit (Account, Identity, Reputation) that’s being integrated across Animoca Brands' 540+ companies.

“Time flies when you're building something with a big mission,” Mocaverse Founder Tyler Durden told the Gazette. “Solving problems everyday, and building for the day after leave us builders no time to look back. If I have to look back, it's tough asf, but it's worth it. first time I personally feel that we are going to hit with both PMF and capability to win.”

 

Tyler went on to tell the Gazette that he’s bullish on the Mocaverse’s AIR Kit in 2025 and believes Moca could really make moves and change the way identity works in Web2 and Web3.

“Looking forward, replacing all traditional identity systems in web2 and web3, building programmable money with programmable identity."

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the Mocaverse announced Moca 3.0 in December 2024, which outlined the project’s plans to change the way users and creators interact.
