HO HO HO!: Christmas Is Coming To ApeChain Soon After Clutch Market Teases Its New Secret Santa dApp!

They say Christmas comes earlier every year and that’s definitely true on ApeChain, where Clutch Markets just teased an all new Secret Santa protocol coming soon to the GambleFi platform!

Clutch Markets Founder 0xSimpleFarmer was looking more like Old Saint Nick on Friday as he teased that a “Secret Santa” dApp will be sliding down the ApeChain chimney sometime this summer.

 

“It’s beginning to looks a lot like Christmas,” Clutch Markets tweeted along with a photo of a Santa Clutch Puppy. “In the middle of the summer. Are you ready for “Secret Santa” on ApeChain?”

 

So what does Secret Santa on ApeChain look like? Clutch Markets Founder 0xSimpleFarmer exclusively gave the Gazette the alpha and revealed that every collection will be invited to ape into the on chain festivities!

“The Secret Santa Protocol, powered by Clutch, is an innovative smart contract feature integrated directly into our Clutch Marketplace peer-to-peer platform,” 0xSimpleFarmer said. “This exciting protocol allows users to deposit an NFT—such as Clutch Puppy #404—into the exchange, making it available for swapping with any other NFT within the same collection. Other community members can then claim the deposited NFT by exchanging it with a different Clutch Puppy from their wallet, providing the original depositor with a fresh surprise NFT! If the new NFT isn’t quite what the recipient wanted, they can simply deposit it back into the Secret Santa Protocol and try their luck again. We believe this engaging and interactive mechanism will foster consistent and meaningful community interaction across ApeChain.”

Just like Secret Santa events that take place in offices and friend groups every December, Clutch Markets plans to use its dApp to bring the community together.
