HOOT HOOT HOORAY!: Golden Wolf Animation Studio's 'Moonbirds: Rise Of The Mythics' Short Was Nominated For Ad Of The Year!

Lights. Camera. Mythics! This Moonbird-themed cinematic short was just nominated for Ad of The Year!

The Moonbirds were chirping as they flapped their wings together last night after the animation studio and birb enthusiast, Golden Wolf, announced that its "Moonbirds: Rise of the Mythics" clip was nominated for ShotsCreative’s Ad of the Year in the 2D animation category!

In the 13 second clip, we see a ancient power source give ‘rise to the Mythics’ as flock of Moonbirds celebrate this mystical moment!

 

“Last year was a lot of fun,” Mythic’s Co-Creator Colin Hesterly tweeted after the nomination announcement. “Making this little short was at the top of the list.”

The Moonbirds: Rise of the Mythics short is one of the six videos to be nominated for Shot Creative's Ad of the year in the 2D animation category, according to Shot's website. Among the other nominees are an ad from Walmart featuring the Grinch and a Nike ad.
