SPOTLIGHT: Bored Counsel Is Navigating Creators Through The Swamp And ApeCoin Ecosystem!

From the swamp to the DAO and the ever-expanding ApeChain ecosystem, the Yugaverse can feel like a maze for builders looking to ape in and get involved. That’s why Bored Ape Yacht Club members Aaron Haber and Ernest Lee launched Bored Counsel—to help creators navigate the sometimes murky waterways of the Web3 world!

Over the summer, Aaron Haber and Ernest Lee crossed paths on Spaces while running against each other for a spot on the ApeCoin DAO’s Special Council. Despite being competitors, the two bonded during countless conversations with voters, becoming fast friends united by their love for ApeCoin and mutual respect. In fact, Ernest even threw his support behind Aaron during the election, believing in his vision for the DAO. And while neither won a seat on the council, they both walked away with something even better: friendship!

Since then, Aaron and Ernest have continued to collaborate, and it didn’t take long for them to realize they shared a passion for helping others ape into Web3 and turn their dreams into reality—Bored business dreams, to be exact. That’s when the idea for Bored Counsel was born!

“We're here to help AIP Authors shape up their ideas, get their proposals ready for vote and guide them through the entire process drafting, submitting and going to vote,” Aaron told the paper. “We are also bringing our years of experience in Founding, creating and launching NFT collections to Bored Counsel. We're at the start of another golden age of NFTs and we want to help Founders bring their creations to market.”

Since launching Bored Counsel last month, Aaron and Ernest already have two clients: Mutant Beer and artist Jon Winchell’s STKnfts NFT Collection!

“When I heard they had an AIP brewing (pun intended), I wanted to officially help and we can't wait for the DAO to see Mutants Beer amazing plans,” Aaron said. “ And Jon Winchell has been creating his own amazing art commissions for Apes and Mutants and his style is absolutely amazing. When I first saw @STKnftsI knew I wanted to be involved. Ernest and I are proud to be working with Mutants Beer and @STKnfts and look forward to helping a lot more artists, MBAs and AIP Authors.”
