NEW YEAR, NEW RESTAURANT: Bored N Hungry Opened A Pop-Up In Seoul With A Netflix Celebrity Chef On New Year’s Eve!

Bored N Hungry is closing out 2024 with a bang—and a mouthwatering new menu—as the Bored Ape Yacht Club-inspired burger brand opens a new pop-up location in Seoul, partnering with Netflix celebrity chef, The Meat Gangster.

On New Year’s Eve, Bored N Hungry unveiled its latest pop-up at the Starfield Suwon Mall in Seoul, South Korea. This new location features an exclusive menu that includes the all-new New York Steak Burger and the Garbuignon Burger, both crafted in collaboration with Netflix’s Culinary Chef Wars Black Spoon Chef, The Meat Gangster!

The Starfield Suwon pop-up will serve exclusive burgers and introduce shoppers to the BAYC brand and Web3 until May 2025.

The grand opening of this pop-up is part of Bored N Hungry’s broader Asia expansion plan. Launched in 2024, the initiative will continue into 2025 with the opening of a permanent second location in South Korea, a planned expansion into Malaysia, and the brand’s first-ever pop-up in China!

 

“It feels amazing to see us having a new store in Seoul this 2024,” Bored N Hungry Business Development Lead JBond prevosuly told the Gazette. “This is a testament of how far we’ve come just this year alone. It seems like a distant memory now but we just opened our first store in Seoul this year, Mar 2024. Since then, we made it to Running Man, iPhone ad in Korea, and many more. And now, we’re having a new store. We hope that Koreans and the web3 community will love our second store in Seoul just as much as our first one.”
