Notable BAYC Collector Purchased A Gold Fur Ape For 450 Eth

Bored Ape Yacht Club investor Yamster added a gold fur ape to his collection early Wednesday morning.

Yamster purchased Bored Ape #8650 from fellow BAYC member and notable collector ARTMAN for 450 Eth or $1,935,000 USD.

“My biggest purchase yet... Probably something???,” Yamster tweeted after the purchase. “Thank you @ARTMAN141& @BoredApeYC.”

Bored Ape #8650 is a six trait solid gold fur ape with a Prussian helmet and lumberjack shirt. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #8650 is the 150th most rare ape, according to Rarity Tools.

With the purchase of Bored Ape #8650, Yamster now holds seven bored apes, three mutants and an M1 and M2 serum in his vault wallet.

Along with his vault holdings, Yamster also has at least one other wallet with an M1 serum and two more mutants in it.

At the time of this articles publication, the floor price of a gold fur bored ape is 699.69 Eth or $3,008,000 USD.
