ON THE BALLOT: Otherside Wiki Wants To Bring More Otherside Insights And Integrate $Ape On Its Popular Platform!

Knowledge is key around the swamp, and the team behind Otherside Wiki has been providing Voyagers with valuable insights since the Deeds dropped in 2022. Now, the Yugaverse’s go-to source for all things Otherside has an Ape Improvement Proposal on the ballot this cycle, aiming to position Otherside Wiki as the ultimate resource for the largest activation on ApeChain, Otherside!

AIP-463, titled “Empowering Otherside Wiki,” is an ecosystem fund allocation proposal authored by ApeCoin DAO Contributor and Otherside Wiki lead Frostyz.

“The Otherside-Wiki Team is reaching out to the Apecoin DAO for support in our ongoing operations , as well as in the further development, integration into ApeChain and enhancement of our platform,” Frostyz wrote. “Our goal is to update Otherside-Wiki to align with contemporary web standards and to significantly enhance the user experience.”

In the proposal, Frostyz explained that Otherside Wiki has recently partnered with Faraway, Otherpage, Zharta, and Inceptive Studio and has been working on integrating $Ape, various marketplaces, HV-MTL, and Legends of the Mara into the platform. With the DAO’s help, Otherside Wiki hopes to do even more with $Ape and the Yugaverse going forward.

“By supporting us, the Apecoin DAO & Community will benefit in several ways," Frosty wrote. "1 Apecoin as Currency: With the introduction of advanced features and tools, all microtransactions within our platform will utilize Apecoin, particularly for transactions related to our data feed. 2 ApeChain as Platform: Within the Rollout of ApeChain, we will be one of the first DAPPs who will actively support ApeChain. 3. Game Integration: We will actively support and integrate games which have achieved significant popularity, further enhancing our platform’s ecosystem. 4. Merge of Data: Our personalized Apecoin/Gaming Feed will consolidate data from various platforms and community initiatives into a single, streamlined personalized user experience.”

 

In total, Frostyz and the Otherside Wiki Team are asking the ApeCoin DAO to allocate $715,000 USD worth of $Ape to the project. With this funding, Otherside Wiki will continue to build its platform, host its website, and innovate how $Apes and Voyagers access their Otherside information! The window to vote on AIP-463 is currently open, and ApeCoin DAO contributors have until Wednesday, August 28th, to cast their coins and vote on this proposal.
