ON THE BALLOT: The 'Happy Ape' Wants To Introduce Kids To Crypto With His Story Book AIP

This Happy Ape is looking to bring a smile to kids’ faces while also introducing them to the world of Web3, blockchain tech, and digi-physical experience that’s anything but boring with this Ape Improvement Proposal.

 

AIP-429 titled Apechain for Good: Happy Ape Phygital Children’s Book/Plush is an ecosystem fund allocation proposal written by ApeCoin DAO Contributor 0xBoredDev.

 

“The Happy Ape, an official MBA #00349, is a premium brand that aims to foster a culture of kindness, compassion and positive mental health in our future generations,”  0xBoredDev wrote. “This AIP would directly fund the creation of The Happy Ape children’s book and plush, nfc tags, and dapp development on ApeChain creating a unique digi-physical web3 experience for both kids and adults.”

 

The Happy Ape storyline would focus on 0xBoredDev’s primate, Bored Ape #4138, and his friends going on adventures and gathering bananas in the jungle. The story would be told through a plush toy, a physical book, and a digi-physical experience that allows the owner to mint their copy on ApeChain for free.

 

In total, 0xBoredDev is asking the ApeCoin DAO to allocate 135,460 USD worth of $Ape to the Happy Ape to bring the story to life.

 

In exchange for $135,460 USD, 0xBoredDev will give the DAO 20% of the Happy Ape’s gross revenue from book and plush sales, which he estimates to be worth $35,000 to $50,000 USD.

 

The window to vote on AIP-429 is cureentrly open and ApeCoin DAO Contributors have until next Wedneaday, June 19th, to cast their coins and vote on this proposal.
