'SEE YOU IN LISBON': The Bored Ape Yacht Club's ApeFest Ticket Claim Went Smoothly Today. Here's What You Need To Know:

Apes are bored, Mutants are insane, and the 2024 ApeFest ticketing process was smooth as Bored Ape Yacht Club members claimed their ApeFest 2024 tickets in just under two and a half hours!

Things were boring around the swamp on Tuesday as BAYC members virtually lined up and claimed their ApeFest 2024 tickets via Tokenproof in an orderly fashion without any technical issues!

“Let the record show that I am not buying drinks this year @BoredApeYC,” Tokenproof Founder and CEO Fonz jokingly tweeted following the easiest and smoothest ApeFest ticket claim yet!

While ApeFest 2024 in Lisbon has officially sold out, Apes who did not get a ticket this afternoon are invited to put their names on the waitlist via Tokenproof now.

“ApeFest Lisbon is sold out. Waitlist for tickets is now live,” the BAYC tweeted. “Every Monday, those who have been moved off the waitlist will be notified via email and @tokenproof push notifications that they will have 48-hours to claim their ticket.”

Apes who are on the waitlist, fear not. According to Yuga Labs CEO Garga, the odds of you getting a ticket and being able to attend ApeFest 2024 are very good based on last year's Hong Kong ApeFest.

 

“Everybody who wanted to get to HK ended up getting in off waitlist and we have even more capacity than last year,” he tweeted just before the ticket claim this morning.

 

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the BAYC’s fourth annual ApeFest will be taking place in Lisbon Portugal from October 18-20th. 

Like last year’s ApeFest in Hong Kong, this year’s festivities will consist of citywide community events centered around an ‘ApeFest’ headquarters at a former Portuguese Covent called Convento do Beato, and a party at the LX Factory. Take a look at these two venues below:
