SPOOKY, SCARY SKELETONS: BAYC Member BluDreamr Launches After Apes On ApeChain, Sending Shivers Down Holders' Spines And Wallets This Halloween!

As Layer 2 blockchains turn into graveyards, one Bored Ape Yacht Club member is bringing the dead back to life with a collection of skeletons that are sending shivers down holders' spines and wallets!
Earlier this week, BAYC member BluDreamr launched his Halloween inspired project, After Apes, combining his love of horror and all things creepy with an experience we've all shared in crypto, ape-ing into a token or project, only to watch it go straight to hell.
“The art and the vibe behind AFTER APES comes from what happens after you ape in to something,” he told the Gazette. “Whether it’s a meme or an NFT you become a part of that community for however long you stay on the ride. The highs, the lows, all the fun community events, or even getting rugged. I’m still new to the crypto/NFT space but I feel like I carry pieces with me from communities I’ve aped into. That’s what the art is about. What you carry with you AFTER you APE.”
Much like death itself, there's no roadmap or game plan for what's next for After Apes.
But this free mint was never about making promises. It was about bringing something spooky to life on ApeChain, and BluDreamr couldn't be happier to have unleashed his creation during Halloween season!
“I’ve been writing horror since I was little,” BluDreamr said. “Always loved the genre. I haven’t published too much but I do have a story published on the chilling tales for dark nights podcast. Big inspirations from Edgar Allen Poe, HP lovecraft …. And I’d love to shoutout @grimyfrankie if at all possible. He onboarded me to NFTs and has helped me along the way. A true homie and a big reason as to why I’m here.”
That said, don't be surprised, or scared, if you see these skeletons roaming around the swamp sometime soon!
“I am working on getting avatars 3D model ready and rigged with the help of @rodolfo_shanana hopefully will see them on otherside in the near future,” he teased.
