SPOTLIGHT: This BAYC Member Is Combining 2D Apes With AI To Make 3D Primates And Putting Them On Display In An Online Gallery!

Fine Ape art has a new home around the swamp after Bored Ape Yacht Club member DJ Bubblegum opened the virtual doors to his Bored Apes Museum for the first time last night!
From the Louvre to the blockchain, Apes have been displayed just about everywhere, but never quite like this. DJ Bubblegum’s online gallery blends Apes with AI to create works that reimagine 2D JPEGs as 3D Primates.
“The Bored Museum gallery is officially OPEN,” DJ Bubblegum tweeted Thursday night. “Forget the flat 2021 vibes, your Apes deserve to step into an imaginary world where they breathe, move, and live. Turn your 2D into adventures. Memories into legends!! welcome to the future of Ape art.”
Tonight, community members MachiBigBrother, Del Broko, Rida, Baron, Garga, ABP, Adam Weitsman,and DJ Bubblegum himself are on display.
The AI results are anything but boring. Each Ape has been reimagined in unique situations, Machi with his dog Bobaoppa, Baron gaming on Otherside, Garga just vibing, and more.
"The Bored Apes Museum isn’t just another gallery, it’s a daily stage for your ape’s next big moment,” DJ Bubblegum told the Gazette. “Here’s the vision: Every single day, I’ll create a brand-new image or video featuring your Bored Ape, Mutant Ape, or Koda. You’ll be able to stroll into the gallery anytime, pick up that day’s creation, take it straight to X, and let your ape shine brighter than ever. No more living in 2021 nostalgia, we’re in 2025 now, and it’s time to show the world how we upgrade in style.”
Looking ahead, DJ Bubblegum hopes to add even more AI content, including videos, and eventually open the gallery to feature more frens around the swamp.
