Look up in the blockchain. Is it a Moonbird? Is it a Meebit? No, it’s Hero the Doggo, here to save the metaverse in this Made By Apes children's book, which is currently the #1 new release on Amazon!

In a world where tech and art collide, one unlikely hero has emerged—a Bored Ape Kennel Club Doggo named Hero, who not only lives up to his name by saving the day but also educates kids on the metaverse in this recently published children’s book, written by Bored Ape Yacht Club member Dr. Dave.

 

“HERO’S METAVERSE ADVENTURE IS PUBLISHED,” Dr Dave tweeted last night. “ Hero’s Metaverse Adventure, our Made By Apes children’s book is published and now available worldwide on @amazonJoin Hero on his journey from The Kennel Club to The Core of the Metaverse!”

Hero’s Metaverse Adventure took Dr. Dave on a hero’s journey of his own.

After being instantly inspired to tell this doggo’s tale on New Year’s Day 2024, he teamed up with some legendary Mutants and worked on this book for eight months.

“I was just like yeah I need to have him and because of the hero mask I was like “his name is Hero,’” Dr Dave told the paper. “I thought to myself I think I can write a children’s story with him. Almost 8 months later we are here and it’s finally out! I’m so proud of it. It’s the chance for us to bridge the web2 gab for the next gen of web3 adopters, our kids and bring them into our world through a cute story with lovely characters really without them even realizing. It’s for us apes, doggos, mutants and hounds as parents and having something relatable and with familiar themes. It’s about education and fun. Working with legends like Line Hammett and Red Hat the MC, together with the other partners and friends has been the most incredible part of my web3 journey and I can’t wait to see where Hero takes me.”

 

While we do not know where Hero and Dr. Dave are going next, we do know that they’re currently the #1 new release in the Children’s Internet Books category on Amazon, and a ton of Apes are loving Hero’s adventure!

 

 

“It feels amazing to have just the huge support from the ape community and see them excited by the story, and get behind it not just for me or for Hero, but for their kids,” Dr Dave said. “They want their kids to read it and have them be part of our incredible club community.
