STRIKE A POSE: Other Games Hosts Its First Ever Project Runway Otherside Fashion Show!

Forget New York, Paris, and Milan. The swamp is the center of the Web3 fashion world!

From the catwalk to the dock, it was strike a pose Saturday on the Otherside as the Other Games crew hosted a first of its kind fashion show dubbed Project Runway: Swamp to showcase some of the new 3D models that recently made their way to the metaverse.

“This is the Otherside Fashion show,” Other Games Co-Host G-Spot said to kick off the event. “Please only look, no touch, and enjoy all that lumpatious ass shaking going on the cat walk.”

 

Throughout the event, Mars Cats, Zards, Fiendz, Bush Babies, and Foxy Fam all strutted their stuff up and down the dock as their projects’ leads gave attendees an overview of their journeys to the Otherside. All as Apes, Mutants, Kodas, Geez, and more ooh’d and ahh’d at the models.

After the event, models and attendees alike filled the timeline with “proof of fashion” photos, commenting on all the new frens around the swamp and how fast the metaverse is transforming a diverse Web3 world!

 

“Here's a couple screenshot from today's  @OtherGamesXYZ on  @OthersideMeta! FoxySneaks were looking fresh on the Project Runway catwalk and bubbles continue to grow in diversity,”OniZanza tweeted. “Overall, another great success. Thank you hosts, players, and sponsors!”

 

 

“It was fun to see everyone rep each of the communities and walking the runway,” Other Games co-host HoneyB told the Gazette. “We had some great models and I think we’ll be doing more of these to showcase every community. give them that space to really showcase their personality, style & have fun. At the end of the day — all we want is to keep building experiences in the world of experience called the otherside.”

 

Looking ahead, HoneyB told the paper that he and the team plan to host more fashion shows around the swamp to welcome even more communities and collections to the ecosystem.

“Hit us up,” he said. “we’ll organize and setup an event with you with the Other Games.”
