The stakes will be high in the sewers below the Bored Ape Yacht Club later this week as Swamp Gaming hosts the first-ever Dookey Dash Cup, featuring e-sport pros and Web3 degens competing for $20,000 USD worth of $Ape!

On Friday, the ApeCoin DAO-funded Swamp Gaming entertainment company will invite Web2 gamers and Web3 enthusiasts to tune into its Dookey Dash Unclogged Tournament live stream to watch Swamp Gaming’s very own Sway, Mero, Reet, and more face off against $Apes and Apes in the pipes!

This tournament will be Swamp Gaming’s first-ever Web2 meets Web3 gaming event, and $Apes and Apes can expect to see many more events and an insane amount of Swamp Gaming content on the timeline in the future.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the ApeCoin DAO approved BAYC member TFG's Swamp Gaming Ape Improvement Proposal in February 2024. As part of that proposal, TFG and the Swamp Gaming team will create content house videos, host live streams that cover Yugaverse games, and hold e-sport tournaments like the Dookey Dash Cup, according to TFG's proposal.
